ReimburseMeNow helps Amazon sellers recoup money owed to them from Amazon for missing, damaged or unreturned inventory that has not been paid. An actual person is in charge of your case, and watches over every step of the process. They charge 25% and only get paid after you get your money from Amazon. Typically, a seller who has been selling for at least 6 months, and sells more than $2,000 each month will have the best experience.
Amazon’s TOS allows them to go back 18 months to open cases and request reimbursements. It can take up to 45 days from the time they first open the case for the case to be resolved and the reimbursements to be credited to your seller account. The whole process to get started usually takes a couple of emails and 10 minutes of your time. They will then send you instructions on how to request that Amazon grant them limited access for the business reports in your Seller Central account. They will then download all the business reports and seek out the money that is owed to you. You will be able to monitor their progress from the payment page in Seller Central. Once you are paid ReimburseMeNow will invoice you for their 25%. They will continue to review your account every 90 days to look for money owed to you.
