FeedbackExpress is a cloud-based software solution that helps Amazon sellers manage their feedback and reviews. Messages will be triggered based on when an order is placed, dispatched or delivered—straight away or up to 10 weeks after the event. Emails can be filtered by fulfillment type, item condition, SKU/ASIN and shipping location. Choose a specific time of day to deliver messages or send at the same time an order was placed. This allows sellers to create and send custom messages for order confirmation or when an order is shipped or after an item has been delivered. Use the Resend feature when a buyer hasn’t opened your email to resend it 3-5 days later. The software feedback tool can automatically thank customers for leaving positive feedback and ask for a product review at the same time—increasing your chances of getting a response.
One of the coolest features is the ability to access a range of professionally written templates for different events and goals. All of the templates are available in five different languages to support sellers across seven Amazon marketplaces. The platform supports Amazon US and UK marketplaces, as well as Amazon Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Mexico and India.
The software offers negative feedback notifications which can be sent directly to your cell phone. FeedbackExpress conforms to Amazon's terms of service.
