Features include a powerful built-in HTML editor to create customized email templates, a message scheduler and negative feedback alerts. Configure exactly what time of day you want to trigger emails. You can set your account to send feedback solicitation emails at 9:00 am 3 days after the delivery date. The software will trigger email around that time of day in your buyer’s timezone. A dashboard shows the number of emails sent and feedback received over time, along with an overview of your orders for the last 7 or 30 days.
