A2ZSellerCentral.com was written to help Amazon sellers like you.
Today I need to take a quick step off of that path and say that I think humanity is currently at war with those who want total control over us.
Rather than go into all of that and in a world that is severely censored, I invite each of you to go to these sites to get the real truth of what is going on in our world, because you are never, ever going to get it from the nightly news. Please take a look at gab.com, naturalnews.com, and brighteon.com. These will lead you to other websites as well. There are so many things happening right now that you will never know about otherwise.

Normally I stay in my own lane and keep my pie hole shut, but we are going to lose our freedom and our whole way of life if things continue down the path that we are on. Being silent is no longer an option. The more people who are awake and aware of what is happening, the more we are likely to win this war and create a better life for everyone. We are all here to witness an extremely epic moment in history and we need to step up and play our part.

And to the sellers in Australia, millions of us see what is happening to you. We are with you and pray for you. Stay strong!

Enough said about that. Now as the stated purpose is to help Amazon sellers, I need to bring up the subject of China. China is having a huge financial crisis with a big investment company that can be likened to what we saw in 2008 but with a Ponzi scheme added in. It is called Evergrande. They also are having a severe energy crisis and a lot of the manufacturing plants only operate one day a week. So soon there will be very little coming from China.

And not to wreck your day or anything, there is a possibility we might end up in a war with China, mainly instigated by the situation with Taiwan. I say these things so you can plan accordingly. Think about how this will impact your business. For example, I sell my art on placemats and cutting boards. They are printed in the US, but the base items come from China.

Below are two other ideas for sourcing products. In a previous newsletter, I wrote about sourcing from India as well.

The Seller's Guide to Amazon Return Policy

With Amazon's continued commitment to providing a great experience for customers, Amazon makes it very easy for buyers to return products purchased on the marketplace. In fact, programs such as Prime Wardrobe even encourage shoppers to order multiple apparel items and return what doesn’t work for them.

For Amazon sellers, returns can lead to some serious headaches. The product category, condition, value, and return eligibility are all variables that impact how and if a returned item can be resold. Returnless refunds have become more common, meaning you forfeit the ability to resell the item and reimburse the buyer. While this enhances the buyer's experience and in some cases may prevent the buyer from leaving a negative review for the product, it does require you to absorb a loss.

Amazon Success Story

Gloria L. Williams had her own business as a pedicurist for 20 years, including landing a job at HARPO Studios in Chicago as an onset nail technician. Liability Insurance for Amazon Sellers

In August, Amazon announced that it was adding a section to Seller Central where a mix of handpicked startups and traditional providers — namely Chubb, Hiscox, Markel, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, among others — could offer product liability insurance directly to Amazon third-party sellers.

  • The deadline has passed to submit lightning deals and coupons for Black Friday, but the submission deadline to submit 7-Day Deals for Black Friday Event 2021 has been extended to 22nd October 2021.
  • To avoid running out of stock for your deals and discounts during the holiday season, make sure that your inventory arrives at fulfillment centers by these dates:
    Black Friday and Cyber Monday: November 15
    Christmas: December 11
  • Real invoices from seemingly good suppliers continue to be unaccepted for brand gating or category reapproval at an alarming rate. Regardless, please resist the urge of submitting invoices from ungating companies that get you suspended forever.
  • Amazon is reportedly spending $50 million a year building a smart fridge with computer vision technology (to keep track of what’s inside).
