2021 doesn't seem to be any less crazy than 2020. But I am hoping the year will get better and more normal as the year progresses. Sales on Amazon are still going strong, which for January is unusual. Why risk your health going to Target or Walmart when Amazon will just bring it to you? So we intend to ramp up our store going forward, but being more selective about the products we offer.

Major New Amazon Update - All Offers Display
I noticed this a couple of weeks ago as I was browsing Amazon and I thought, wow...this is a "Who owns the Buy Box" game-changer. Most customers just hit Buy Now when they want a product and never know about all the other offers available. But now it is a lot easier to see the other offers without having to go to a new page. It doesn't seem to be on all the products yet, but I have noticed it more and more. Sometimes there is a list of other sellers right on the product page, but this takes it a step further. On the desktop, it is a pop-up that looks like this and you can filter it for Prime, Used New, Used Very Good, Used Acceptable, etc.

It seems to level the playing field a bit. I wish it just popped up, but the customer has to click to get the popup.
