Hello Amazon Seller,

Amazon has rolled out new inventory restrictions for newly created products in preparation for the upcoming Q4 rush! But just remain calm, it's not as bad as you might think.

For every new ASIN you create, you’re only allowed to store a maximum of 200 units in the Amazon warehouses. I know a lot of sellers are worried about this restriction. But this is probably a good thing for both Amazon and sellers.

Amazon wants to boost capacity and accommodate all FBA sellers, so the new rules make sure there is space for everyone's products. But it can also rein in sellers to only order and send in 200 units to make sure they have a winning product. This keeps sellers with new ASINs from wasting money on unprofitable products.

Here is a link to an excellent video about this from the CEO of Zonbase. Only 4:34 minutes long and it gives an interesting perspective on these new restrictions. See it here.
